LPAC Management
Texas LPAC data collection, evaluation and monitoring forms and reports are used in the system to assist in digital LPAC meetings, EB success and documentation of student progress. Color coding and workflow guide the entire process and provide easy collaboration on interventions when needed. Data automatically uploaded daily from the district Student Information System provides real time access on all students, staff, scheduling, grades, etc. Meet, monitor and document the LPAC process on all EBs from entry to exit as well as the required two years monitoring!

TEA LPAC forms (in all languages provided) with digital signatures and various reports facilitate the LPAC process, evaluate student progress, outcomes and other key performance indicators.

Assessment Integration
All STAAR, EOC and TELPAS assessment as well as student data automatically populate into the LPAC forms on all students in the district. An easy two-step upload of state assessment data provides immediate integration when district receives the data file instead of waiting! The district can also upload LPAC assessment data to the system as well, such as MAP, LAS Links, and STAR. |

Notifications
This feature allows district Super-Users to push out notifications by entire district, campus or by user role to be available for a specific time frame. The Notification icon (bell) in the top right hand of the screen will display a red number to let the user know they have received a notification and to review these current notifications during the allotted time frame. Super-users can even set up notifications to be released throughout the year and see previous notifications, current notifications, and the previously set-up future notifications.
